My Story

From web development fundamentals to advanced WordPress support.

I began with HTML, CSS, PHP, and general web development, then moved deeply into WordPress through freelance work and support. Over time, that grew into a career centered on technical troubleshooting, performance, reliability, and thoughtful customer-facing problem solving.

  • Started in web development and built a strong technical base before specializing in WordPress.
  • Worked with clients worldwide through freelancing, handling customization, fixes, and practical site improvements.
  • Grew into Level 2 software support, solving more advanced WordPress and plugin issues.
  • Expanded into product building with the launch of Memory Limit Manager on WordPress.org.
What Defines My Work

The values behind the technical decisions.

The premium feel of technical work is not only in the outcome. It is also in how the work is approached, explained, and maintained.

Technical Depth

I enjoy the layers beneath the obvious issue, from plugin behavior to theme interactions and performance bottlenecks.

Clear Communication

I believe the best support work makes the problem easier to understand, not more intimidating.

Long-Term Thinking

I care about fixes that stay stable, reduce repeat issues, and leave the site in a better state than before.

Professional Journey

Key moments that shaped how I work.

A steady progression from learning the web to solving advanced WordPress support problems and building tools for the ecosystem.

Community

Why the WordPress community matters to me.

Community is where product knowledge, support experience, and the broader direction of WordPress all come together.

Volunteered in Bangkok for the first edition in 2023, then attended in Taipei in 2024 with sponsorship from StellarWP, deepening my connection to the broader WordPress ecosystem.

Whether it is debugging, website maintenance, performance work, software support, or a more complex technical issue, I bring a calm process and strong WordPress experience to the table.
